What Makes My Approach Effective?

Most consultants come from either a business or health background. I bring both.

I specialise in the complex issues others can’t crack—performance problems that won’t shift, behavioural concerns no one can explain, or staff who keep getting stuck. I quickly identify when neurodivergence, chronic health conditions, sensory processing, or communication differences are playing a role—often in ways that aren’t immediately obvious.

I have a deep understanding of performance: what drives it, what derails it, and what to do when the usual strategies don’t work. I don’t do surface-level solutions - I get to the root cause and help you address it in a way that’s commercially sound and sustainable.

    Assessment, occupational therapy & coaching for adults

    I specialise in all types of neurodivergence, with special interests in:
    - workplace and study challenges
    - pregnancy and postnatal
    - return to work after maternity leave
    - menopause
    - sensory processing
    - anxiety

  • Children (private)

    I work with a small number of children, offering assessment, occupational therapy & whanau education

    Children are usually directed through the public health system. However, in some cases, this process can be complex, or you may not meet entry criteria. If this is you, please get in touch, and I’ll let you know if I can help.
    Please note I do not diagnose, however diagnosis is not necessary to work with me or gain functional improvements.

    Beehyve offers an exceptional suite of services including psychiatrists, GPs with a special interest in ADHD medication and titration, coaching, and therapy services.
